 Air Conditioning Install & Maintenance Engineer

Campbell and Law Building Services are seeking a Air Conditioning Install & Maintenance Engineer - Salary negotiable depending on experience.

The ideal applicant is somebody who along with the criteria below, prides themselves on a high level of professionalism and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and customers.

As industry standard, the applicant must be flexible to the needs of the business.

A reasonable level of technical knowledge and experience is preferable.

Minimum 5 years’ experience.

Fgas required. Experience with City & Guilds, IPAF, PASMA, Multis Heat Recovery, VRV's, Splits, Controls, AHU's.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent team player.

Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Communicating with clients.

Company van and mobile phone provided.

Full driving licence required.

Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer

Campbell and Law Building Services are seeking a Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer - Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Ideally with some install experience, the ideal applicant is somebody who along with the criteria below, prides themselves on a high level of professionalism and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and customers.

This is a mobile role which involves travelling and working away. As industry standard, the applicant must be flexible to the needs of the business.

A reasonable level of technical knowledge and experience is preferable.

Minimum 5 years’ experience. NVQ (City & Guilds) Level 2 in Refrigeration/Air conditioning preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to analyse queries, identify problems and solutions.

Excellent team player.

Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Emergency call outs and weekend rota.

Conducting fault finding tests on equipment.

Communicating with clients.

Company van and mobile phone provided.

Full driving licence required.

  Planned Preventative Maintenance division

Campbell and Law are seeking a mature reliable person for our Planned Preventative Maintenance division

This will include a company van with all resources to carry out planned maintenance.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is conversant to driving in London and the home counties.

Must hold a clean current driving license above all you must be a team player and have good customer relationship skills immediate start required.
